What types of products do you accept at IFD’s fulfillment center?
We can accept practically any product that is not considered illegal where it will be shipped or restricted by carriers. We currently do not accept: fragile items such as ceramics, crystal or similar materials, perishables or products that require refrigeration.
Where do you ship?
To the 48 contiguous states in the USA and all of Mexico.
What is the best fulfillment solution if I’m just starting to sell in the US?
We can keep your inventory at our warehouse in Matamoros, on the Mexican side of the border, and cross the items when you make a sale.
Can I sell in the US without having an american company?
Yes, IFD can represent you and manage your retail relationships.
Is IFD insured?
We have General Liability Insurance that covers the products that we distribute.
I don’t have an american company, can you bill a buyer in the US for me?
Sure, we’ll invoice the buyer, receive your payment, and transfer the money to your Mexican bank account
I manufacture in Mexico City. Can you transport a full truckload of products to a retail fulfillment center in the US?
Yes, we have company-owned vehicles for FTL fulfillment services.

We can provide this service through third-party companies as long as the retail fulfillment center is willing to accept unaccompanied/appointment-free deliveries.
Where are you warehouses located?
We have large warehouses in Brownsville, Texas and in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico. We also have a commercial location in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico for smaller inventories.
How much do you charge for storage?
Our storage charges start at $25 for 1 pallet/1 m3 per month plus optional storage insurance.
Do you import into the U.S. from Mexico?
Yes, we can help you with the process of exporting goods from Mexico and importing them into the U.S.

No, we own our vehicles that provide FTL services.

Yes, we can transport your goods from Mexico to anywhere in the U.S. as long as it is a full truckload.
